Citrus Peeler

LE 93.00

Orange peeler on one side and multi-purpose flat end on the other side.

How to use
To peel an orange: use the hook end of the peeler, score the orange in a full circle in one direction.

Then, repeat in other direction. This marks 4 quarters on the orange. Then insert the flat end of the Citrus Peeler under the pointed end of one quarter. Peel off this portion and remove the remaining three sections the same way.

Main Features
Peels oranges, grapefruits, clementines, mandarins, lemons, limes, mangoes, avocados and lychees.

Tips
Use the flat end of the Citrus Peeler to clean out the grooves in seals and joints: cover the flat end piece of the Citrus Peeler with a clean cloth.
Insert into the seal groove, go all the way round and you’re done!
The Citrus Peeler flat part can also be used to open up the Herb Chopper cover.
Use the Citrus Peeler to make little drawings on coatings or glazing of cakes or cupcakes.

How to make an orange look like a flower?
Starting from the top, make a cross to cut the skin into 4 pieces. Lower the hook ¾ of the way down the fruit (do not go all the way to the bottom of the orange).
Carefully pull the skin away the fruit using the flat end piece, peeling it back to form petals and leaving the orange as the centrepiece.
