The folding lid allows this product great flexibility. Cakes and pies Up to a height of 13.5 cm will fit perfectly inside the 'cake for the road', which can vary from a height of 7.5 cm to a height of 14 cm by adjusting the lid. You can use the smooth side of the tray that helps divide the cake into 6 or 12 equal parts, or turn it over and use its split side as a tray for serving cheese, fresh fruit and party sandwiches.
