Ingredients

½-cup rolled oats
160 ml Milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
blackberry with walnuts (Optional)
½ tsp. ground cinnamon with apple (Optional)

Preparation

In base of micro delight , or micro pitcher place rolled oats,milk, sugars (Optional) mix and put on microwave 2.30 min.
Pour into bowls, and top each with your favourite topping
Garnish as desired and serve.
