Description

The KPT skimmer allows lifting and draining quickly and completely different sizes and shapes of foods thanks to the optimized diameter concavity of the spoon as well as the optimized shapes of holes
The specific shape of the holes has also been designed to easily remove foam from boiling meat or from jellies
The skimmer can also function in pair with the ladle to drain small quantities: ideal to scoop meat balls out of tomato sauce, for example.

Instructions
for safe use in the dishwasher. Never leave any kitchen utensils in the pan while cooking or while the pan is still hot when serving, for fear of melting the plastic on the edge and handle.
