Opening:
- Hold the Canister with one hand.
- Place your index finger of the other hand under the tab.
- Lift the tab up with your index finger while applying pressure with your thumb on top of the lid.

Closing:
- Walk your fingers all along the rim of the lid while applying pressure.
- You should hear light clicks while doing this.
- Ensure the lid is correctly closed by checking all around.

Opening:
- Do not mix cookies of different flavors or hardness in one Canister, otherwise they will not keep their original crispness.
- If placing hot foods into the Canister, allow them to cool down before closing the lid.
